Introduction

This course will help you to successfully influence others to achieve your objectives. Through practical sessions and role playing activities you practice the specific skills, behaviours and attitudes to achieve the desired results. The course is designed for managers and project managers. Note: There are many aspects of this course that are similar to our Effective Communication course. If necessary please contact us for advice.

Optional Extra's
Note:
In addition to the simple analysis tool used on the course a Life Orientation Tool can be employed for more detailed analysis and results. We can offer individual feedback/coaching from this tool. The tool measures a persons behaviour when working under normal conditions and the changes that occur to that person when they are under pressure or stressed. Delegates are required to complete a confidential questionnaire about themselves. This would be undertaken after the course.
