The course delivered exactly what it offered. The level was as I expected, challenging but not overly so. I learnt how to assess potentially dangerous situations and was taught how to diffuse them. A very valuable tool for both work and personal life. My job involves lone working and this was covered with some of my own specific examples. I now feel more confident in dealing with 'lone working' issues.
The course leaders were very friendly and helpful. The course was well- organised and I was kept informed. From the moment I enquired about the course the Company was quick to respond. They gave me enough information and guidance to enable me to choose the right course. They have a vast amount of experience in relevant fields. The course delivered exactly what it offered. The level was as I expected, challenging but not overly so. I learnt how to assess potentially dangerous situations and was taught how to diffuse them.
