To achieve the Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (QCF) the learner must achieve a minimum of 28 credits, the following are the Mandatory units: Improve Personal Effectiveness at Work in a Contact Centre Comply with Health and Safety Procedures in a Contact CentreOnce you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target.
