IOSH Managing Safely

IOSH is the worlds largest Health & Safety body, Internationally recognised.

This course is designed for Business owners, Managers and supervisors.

Following this course the candidate will be competent to; establish, implement and review safety systems, identify hazards and implement effective controls. Produce records and reporting systems, develop a safety culture. Undertake accident and incident investigations.

The course comprises of 8 modules;

1. Introduction to managing safely

2. Assessing risk

3. Controlling risk

4. Understanding legal responsibilities

5. Identifying hazards

6. Investigating accidents & incidents

7. Measuring performance

8. Protecting our environment

Candidates will recieve a workbook which will be completed through the duration of the course and on sucessful completion of the workplace based project and the multi-format assessment, candidates will recieve an IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.
