I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. This course was very thorough in its content, and is an excellent addition to the new to management course I had previously attended with R2. I would recommend this to any existing manager as a revison course or a new manager looking to develop their skills. As usual it is value for money. John's knowledge of this subject is clearly very strong. Thank you.

The Coaching Skills for Leaders is an extremely useful course. I particularly appreciated the role play practice for the coaching techniques. The tutor is an experienced, knowledgeable and perceptive facilitator. I would recommend this course for anyone who needs to communicate with others, particularly on a one-to-one basis. I myself have to deal with tons of people everyday and I am now using all the things I learnt thanks to Action and Theory Ltd.
