This leadership and management course is designed to introduce potential leaders and managers in the wide community of Not-for-Profit Organisations to the skills, knowledge, and practices required to lift the management of such organisations to the very highest levels. It is an innovative work based degree programme that will develop your analytical techniques and problem solving skills.

Students will also gain relevant practical skills in communication, collaborative work and reflective thinking skills that can be applied in many types of employment.
