The programme is aimed at anyone working or wanting to work in any food setting or health and social care setting. It is also appropriate for workers working toward National Care Standards at Induction and Foundation Level as well as NVQs. The course can be delivered at the dates and times advertised, or at alternative times for groups of employees as required.
