About this course

The RSPH Level 2 Nutrition and Health course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the essential link between diet, health, and overall wellbeing.

Course Overview:

This course is for any business such as care homes, schools, caterers, restaurants, colleges, offices engaged in promoting healthier choices and lifestyles for their team and more.

This course has no minimum prerequiset for level 1 nutrition. Candidates should have good command of English, reading and writing.

RSPH Level 2 Award in Nutrition and Health
The exam is multiple choice.
Certificates are issued by the RSPH.

This course is fully accredited by the RSPH and Ofqual. It is a qualification that is sought after.

The course is delivered through a lot of attendee participation utilising group work, completing activity sheets and a practice mock exam.

The course is delivered by a trainer who has worked in the NHS and private sector providing nutritional advice to patients and private clients. They have also developed and written course materials, nutrition and health articles for businesses, developed weight loss and better health resources.

Course programme
