I found the LCT to be helpful, flexible and friendly. I enjoyed the course and look forward to returning to LCT.
What could be improved:
Did not like the fact that both house occupants were smokers and as it was their house they maintained their usual habit of smoking inside. In Australia this is most unusual nowadays. I think this should have been indicated prior to committment.
