LCCI International qualifications in Marketing and customer service are designed to develop the business skills which candidates need to operate effectively in today’s commercial world. The range covers all the elements of the marketing mix, including advertising, customer service, marketing, public relations and selling and sales management.
Level 2
Award: Diploma in Marketing
Passes required in the following three level 2 subjects within a 24 month period. Customers service, Marketing and Practical Computing.
Level 3
Award: Diploma in Marketing
Passes required in three level 3 subjects within a 24 month period. Subjects must include Marketing, and two other related subjects.
