Designed for anyone with a Level 2 in Food and Beverage Service or a couple of years’ experience in a restaurant or bar, this Level 3 supervision course will give you deeper knowledge of the restaurant, private dining and bar trade. Focusing on mixology and bar skills, wine knowledge and supervising events, the course will prepare you to lead a hospitality team effectively and deliver an excellent customer dining experience.

To put your skills into practice, you will lead students on our Level 2 course in service delivery within our award-winning Restaurant at Birmingham College of Food and cocktail bar, as well as having work placement opportunities within the industry. To apply for Level 3, you will need a relevant Level 2 qualification, and ideally English and/or maths at grade 4 (grade C) or above.
Alternatively, you will need at least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
You should be committed, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed in the hospitality industry.
