• Basic information on the benefits of Yoga for the brain
• Comfortable forward bending towards inversions / upside down postures (optional)
• Breathing practices and Mudras (hand gestures) that help to enhance focus.

- follow me demonstration and practice - verbal instruction - physical adjustment (optional) - questions and answers. All necessary equipment for practising Yoga is available for students to use during the lessons. Please wear loose fitting comfortable clothing to accommodate freedom of movement.
