What will you be learning?
This course is a step towards employment in the travel and tourism industry.

You will study: Travel and tourism industry; customer service; employment opportunities; currency; foreign exchange; travel documentation and law; sales and promotion; world and U.K. destinations; package holidays; overseas resort representatives; sales and promotional techniques.

What happens when you have finished?
After you have successfully completed this course you can progress onto the National Certificate in Travel and Tourism (BTEC).

  • Working Tax Credit (your assessed household income needs to be less than 15,276 per year (amount subject to change)

• You are studying for your
  
  first full Level 2 qualification, whatever your age.
• You are aged 19-24 on the 31st of August prior to the start of your course and studying for your
  
  first full Level 3 qualification, whatever your age.
