Participants become immersed in their learning for an action-packed 2 days and are set challenging goals to achieve back in the workplace immediately following their leadership training programme.
The New to Leadership Training Programme includes:
- Understanding the key differences between leading and managing.
- Exploring how to tackle poor performance effectively and achieve a positive outcome.
- Developing essential self-awareness and self-management capability.
- Exploring the key qualities and attributes excellent leaders consistently demonstrate.
- How to expand your influencing and persuasion skills - upwards, with peers and your team.
- Focusing on quality - Right First Time, Every Time approach to planning, doing and reviewing.
- Getting to grips with managing time, resources and results in the real world of business.
Group size: A minimum group of 4 participants and a maximum of 20 participants is required for the New to Leadership Training Programme.
Duration: Highly interactive 1 and 2 day programmes are available.
