Enables staff to have a qualification that is recognised and also demonstrates their skills inc. water-fed pole for window cleaners, street cleaners and also interior operaratives etc. Good,solid grounding that helps you develop workforce. SDL personnel are very efficient & always helpful and recommend their services - they do so much more than delivering training!

Found the guys friendly & professional and also clever at understanding how business processes work and being able to direct me from this analysis. Looking at next course already.

East Kent College is an amazing college with amazing staff and students, I have been studying here for 6 months and this is my 2nd course here. I am about to complete the Vehicle Body and Paint Operations Body Repair NVQ 3 WBL course. I am having a fantastic time studying here! I am very thankful for the education and for the help. Allows you to show what you can do and also prove your duties. Have worked in Warehousing for many years and have the chance of promotion and the Warehousing NVQ has helped me with my confidence and also will allow me to be considered with all other participants for the supervior role. SDL were very good to me and also showed me what I neede to do for my file - i haven't done any learning for years and I was very surprised that I didn;t have to do lots of written work and study - which was great. My assessors were down to earth and helped me and showed me that observation and getting my boss to state my duties were ways of proving what I could do - once I reaised these many ways to provide evidence it came together really quickly. SDL know their game and guided me to get a full Level 2 qualification - a first for me!!! Really pleased and also proud. Would recommend them to anyone and they deal with adults all the time and treat you well.
