I attended the Lvl 3 AET training course by canary wharf academy. I had a really good experience and found the course content met it's purpose. The trainer was very enthusiastic, open minded and knowledgeable. To deliver a course like this you would have to show a high standard of training yourself and our facilitator managed that well. The room that was chosen had what we needed and the course came with a useful workbook to follow. I would highly recommended this academy for any courses.

A great course, ran by a great instructor, very simple, effective and informative content. Explained and taught in a relaxed but professional manner. I would recommend for people wanting to be an adult trainer for teaching industry .

I have recently completed the NEBOSH IGC in South Africa and an instructor was amazing. Key has great knowledge and his presentation skills were fantastic. I enjoyed my course so much and I would highly recommend it to the people.

I was being very nervous on arrival on my first day for the new boss general certificate but I received a very warm welcome that boosted my confidence. My tutor was very knowledgeable and he encouraged very active participation from all the candidates. The course went well and his passion for teaching was great.

As completed numerous health and safety training courses before and have listened to numerous health and safety trainers. Phoenix HSC should be complemented for an excellent trainer Ron. He has a wealth of experience and training into very interesting course. The staff at the venue was very pleasant and helpful in the food was very good.
