Very pleased with whole service and the staff that make up the company! From initial enquiry through to the completiion I have been impressed & also cannot fault the service provided. I went with SDL on a trusted recommendation and it was certainly a good one! I met & discussed at length what I wanted to get out of it and then a plan was drawn up to achieve and regular contacts/visists ensued. Felt completely supported throughout and confident in my choice.
Dealt with real people who have real experience and a wide knowledge & are tireless in their desire to help you. Excellent value across the board (cost being lower than expected & based on current climate!) & being able to work as well as produce unit work was the key 'seller' for me and recommend this to others who have similar lives & schedules, who want to validate their experience and obtain a suitable high level qualification.

There are so many units that can be chosen to suit the job role and SDL make it easy to follow and guide you through the process at all times. We continue to use this company internally and also promote externally as they really are a pleasure to work with and get the job done! No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Contact was perfect & achieved something & meetings always agreed & also honoured. Very impressed and can recommend without a second thought - customer care is excellent. Their product knowledege & interest in learning is exceptional and will use them again for my own and company's development. Finally a company that can deliver! Ian F.

Set at correct level and also the amount of optional units was good - no problems in finding suitable ones that were maeningful. Enabled applied knowledge & skills to be demonstrated and accredited. SDL provided excellent service and and all documentation etc. Allowed two senior administrators to gain a qualification and prove what they do for the company and show that 'Admin drives the business'.
SDL staff are efficient and know their job well. Always arrived to appointments and were clear in their intent from day one. Work based learning enables you to provide all types of evidence and not all has to go in the portfolio - references to areas of storage and also photos were taken too! Costs are very reasonable when you actually consider the registartion fees and then the specialised attention you get and regular visits etc.← | →
