WHAT WILL I LEARN?
Gain an NVQ Level 1 in Food Preparation and Service, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and other hospitality related skills including Customer Care, Menu Planning, Food Costing and Food and Beverage Work.
HOW WILL I LEARN?
Participate in corporate hospitality work experience with tutors at events such as:
Many well paid jobs for qualified individuals with worldwide opportunities.
Work in top hotels and restaurants, leisure outlets, corporate catering and the Armed Forces.
Many choices of employment including Chef, Waiter, Restaurant Manager, Bar Supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager and Hotel Management.
Get off to a good start with the Diploma in Hospitality and Culinary Arts at The Isle of Wight College in Partnership with the Hospitality Training Partnership.
