The Contact Centre Operations NVQ is ideal for anyone who works within a contact centre. It provides certification for a broad range of customer service and contact centre skills, negotiation and ability to deal with conflict over the phone.
To achieve this qualification, learners will need to complete 6 units, two of which are mandatory and the other 4 are optional, the units can be derived from subjects which you find yourself doing on a daily basis.
Additional information
This course can attract funding from 'Train to Gain' however your employer can fund this, or this can be funded completely by yourself. The course is usually paid for fully in front, or with three equal payments
