· Work in customer services in a telephone or face-to-face role in a wide range of businesses

What will you do on the course?
The Customer Service NVQ Level 2 course develops the skills to:
· Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
· Develop customer relationships
· Deliver reliable customer service
· Resolve customer service problems
· Process customer service information
· Experience what it is like to work in the Customer Service sector through work placements such as contact centres, reception areas in a wide variety of businesses, retail and wholesale outlets and customer helplines
· You will also have the opportunity to work for qualifications in English or Maths (GCSE) or in Communications or Numeracy, and to develop IT, time management, and team work skills.
Assessment
A portfolio of evidence to show that you can perform a range of tasks competently.
