We know that there’s no such thing as a ‘standard’ administrative role. Depending on the type of team you work within – HR, marketing, finance or events - you’ll be required to draw on specific and different administrative skills.
This skill set includes three foundation modules for administrative professionals and your choice of one elective that will enhance your skills as the relate to your area of expertise or particular job role.

1. Deliver training in your workplace
If your administrative role includes inducting and training others new procedures or key tasks this elective module will suit you.
2. Handling customer complaints
If you deal directly with customers on a day to day basis this module will help overcome complaints and disputes.
3. Plan and implement employee inductions
If you support the HR team and work with new starters to set them up for success, this module is for you.
4. Planning and delivering a conference
