Customer service was slow, learing material wasn't good as well. For certification I had to pay extra, CPEP training wasn't as expected. You cannot check if you're passed , there is no module or protocol. I am not satisfied with the courses I purchsed. I would like to have a total refund and nothing else. So I won't be recommending it at all.

I am waiting for a revert on the CFMS query and still no revert. They need to be prompt in clearing queries.

Programs were excellent, if you wish to explain your skills then this is the place for you. I enjoyed my experience and people were truly brilliant and friendly. Their books were also great.
