Customer service was slow, learing material wasn't good as well. For certification I had to pay extra, CPEP training wasn't as expected. You cannot check if you're passed , there is no module or protocol. I am not satisfied with the courses I purchsed. I would like to have a total refund and nothing else. So I won't be recommending it at all.

I am waiting for a revert on the CFMS query and still no revert. They need to be prompt in clearing queries.
