• The course aims to provide students who have an existing basic knowledge of, or experience in quality management, with an understanding of the management system’s approach and the requirements of ISO 9001.

This course is designed for all those people who need to be accustomed to the requirements of ISO 9001, such as, among others: Senior management, who are considering implementing a new quality management system, ISO 9001 auditors and quality professionals , operations personnel, trainers and consultants.
Upon completion of this course, participants will have the ability to: understand the purpose and benefits of a quality management system, have a broader understanding of the structure, content and intent of ISO 9001, be able to explain the Specific requirements related to ISO 9001 quality management, familiarization with the terms and definitions used, having a broader understanding of the concept of the process model through the use of the "High level structure" identifies the framework for a system of generic management.
