1. The course is equivalent to the Bachelors qualification or RQF Level 6 with 120 credits
2. This course is intended for Frontline and Middle Managers who have supervisory and team responsibility
3. After completing the qualification, learners can expect to develop skills for tourism and hospitality industry, leadership, planning and management.
Upon successful completion of OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management qualification, learners may progress to:
An OTHM Level 7 Diploma within the relevant academic discipline
A postgraduate degree programme at UK universities
Employment in Tourism and Hospitality sector
Relevant postgraduate professional programmes
Learner must fulfil at least one of the following criteria to be allowed entry to the qualification:
1. Possession of a UK level 5 diploma in related subject or an equivalent overseas qualification
2. Mature learners (over 21) with relevant work experience
