Studying a Level 3 Hospitality Qualification or working as a supervisor in the Hospitality or related Industry.
PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
The course runs on 3 consecutive Mondays with a variety of learning resources used throughout the course. Group work, workbooks and self study is required to prepare for the exam on day 3.
