What will I learn?
Your current skills will be recognised and allow you the chance to build on new ones. Units will be chosen that you are most likely to cover within your role so evidence can be gathered. A portfolio will be created to demonstrate ability in some units such as : meat & poultry preparation and cooking teamwork food hygiene preparation & cooking of vegatables

How will I be assessed?
The qualification consists of 11 units and you will collect evidence for each unit. You will be observed by the assessor in your workplace. A portfolio of evidence can be created that demonstrates current ability. Feedback will be given on a regular basis untill achievement of your qualification.

What can I do after the course?
On completion you could progress onto Team Leading Hospitality Supervsion
