Course Content:
This programme progresses learners from the introductory level. It supports employment and Apprenticeships. This is not an NVQ, it is the underpinning knowledge and skills to demonstrate to an employer your potential to develop. The programme has classroom and workshop practice along with numeracy and communications to support your study. It is very important that your employer can provide support and practice or you have facilities to practice the practical requirements of the programme.

How will I be Assessed? :
Each pathway has 7-8 units that are each assessed by a multi-choice exam. A Level 2 multi-choice exam is set for the end of the course. The practical units have tasks that lead to a substantial testing of your skills and ability.

Entry Requirements:
Preferred to have Level 1 Diploma in the chosen pathway. More mature learners with 3 plus years of experience may be accepted after discussion with the programme tutors The opportunity to practice away from the college
