Course content:
This course is for people who want to progress or change their career but may not have the budget for personal coaching. Students will be guided through a process of identifying their strengths, deciding their ideal future, and designing a path to follow to ensure they achieve their career potential
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Identify your strengths
- Identify your goals
- Set targets
- Design a new ideal career

Course Structure:
A workshop format with practical demonstrations, exercises, group and paired work, all with advice and input from your tutor

Course resources:
Students should bring a notebook and pen. All students have access to our fully equipped state of the art learning centre. This included free internet access.

When information is available you will notice 2 different fees stated for this course. The fee you pay is dependent on your status:
Fee 1: Standard fee;
Fee 2: Aged 60+ years fee
Students in receipt of an income-based benefit pay £20 per course per term.
You will need to bring proof of age and any benefits when you enrol.
You DO NOT have to pay a college registration fee for these courses, but you may have to pay for additional course materials.Materials costs:
