The course is made up of 4 mandatory units:
- Unit 1 Introduction to the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974).
- Unit 2 Hazards, risks and risk assessment.
- Unit 3 Electricity, hazardous substances and fire safety.
- Unit 4 Work equipment, personal protective equipment and first aid

Ideal for those who have a basic understanding of Health & Safety issues but wish to progress; to develop and expand their knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
