What will I learn?
This programme is part of the Foundation Learning Tier and provides opportunities for learners who may have learning difficulties and/or disabilities aged 16-25 to gain credits and certificates up to and including Entry Level 3. Pathways to Employment includes vocational skills, personal development and functional skills (literacy, numeracy and ICT). How will I be taught?
Learners will experience a range of teaching styles, including working in small groups and 1:1 tutorial sessions with their Personal Tutor. Each group has an attached Support Worker, who works with the teaching staff to encourage learners to become more independent and develop their own learning skills.
