What will I learn?
To give individuals greater confidence, ideas and culinary skills when planning and preparing puddings and desserts to make a delicious ending to a wonderful meal. It will involve producing a variety of hot and cold desserts under expert tuition from one of the areas best known pastry chefs. You will develop your flair and skills and will be given ideas on selecting quality products, menu planning, timings and tips on presentation. This is a hands on course and each week following a demonstration from the 'guest' chef lecturer, you will prepare and cook two puddings, one hot, one cold.
