Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at anybody who wishes to develop skills in Performing Arts.

What is the course about?
During this course you will have the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge across a broad range of performance areas:
Acting Skills
Physical Theatre
Vocal Skills
Contemporary Theatre
Classical Theatre
Regular Theatre Trips

Will I need anything else?
You will be required to purchase play scripts, pay for theatre tickets of any shows you wish to see and any comfortable clothing for rehearsals.

How long & often do I attend?
This course is offered as a two year substantial programme and requires attendance of several lectures, practical sessions and workshops per week; additional time will also need to be spent by the students in carrying out project work and to complete research. You will be required to attend for a minimum of 90%. Students will be required to be flexible around performance dates and times.

How will I be assessed?
For each unit (subject) you will be required to complete a portfolio of work, detailed diary and evaluation. The size and format of the assignments will vary according to the subject.

What opportunities will this lead to?
On completion of this course you will be able to move into University or Drama School, or you may wish to seek employment in the performing arts area.
