Personnel selection is the process implemented by the human resources function, aimed at integrating people into the company. It is the set of organizational activities that have as their purpose the choice of people who, compatibly with the needs of a company or other work activity, must cover specific roles or carry out certain jobs. This implies that the subject must have certain skills, therefore knowledge, skills, abilities and aptitude to get as close as possible to the profile sought for that job position.
