What will I study?
During this course students will learn to navigate around the drawing environment, introducing a whole series of drawing and modification tools allowing the user to create, alter and print technically accurate drawings.

How can I progress?
On completing this course there is the opportunity to progress onto; *The Application and Modification of 2D CAD.

What will I need to qualify for this course?
There are no formal entry requirements for this course; however we would always recommend a strong interest in design and technical drawing.

Course Structure
This course is delivered by allowing students hands on practice by completing drawing exercises. The assessment requirements are two practical assignments which will test students ability to operate AutoCADs commands and apply them to create drawings. The multiple-choice test is designed to test the students basic understanding of the key technical features of AutoCAD and basic IT fundamentals.
