We'll help you understand the importance of the receptionist's role and explain how to project the best image for your organisation.
This programme is delivered regularly to individual students at our Gravesend training centre and can also be delivered in-house at your premises or ours for groups of 6 or more. This seminar will teach students how to carry out their receptionist duties with polish and elan, making everyone welcome and winning the respect of colleagues and management - they'll notice the difference immediately on your return to work!
Following the seminar, students will demonstrate increased work effectiveness and application of the key responsibilities involved in this job role.
Any grey areas concerning what is expected of a receptionist will be clarified, giving students much greater confidence at work.
Students will receive a workbook with practical exercises and individual notes to ensure that the skills learnt on this course will be successfully applied in the workplace.
They will also receive a widely recognised Pitman Training Certificate.
Many attendees use this course as the starting point for a future career as an administrator or secretary. After all, having a Pitman Training course on your CV can only be impressive!
