Professional Telephone Techniques
The Telephone is a very effective tool in business, it can help your natural communication skills, making you much more concise and focused than if it were a face to face conversation. It can help you reach exactly the right person, something that can prove quite difficult in other ways, and you become a much better listener – because you have to be.
But most of us are not good at using the telephone effectively; this course is designed to help you do that.
