Course Content

These qualifications are designed for people who work in a sales environment,
either in sales roles or performing sales functions, and who have direct contact
with customers.

Units Include

• Negotiating, Handling Objections and Closing Sales

• Complying with Legal, Regulatory and Ethical Requirements in a Sales or
Marketing Role

• Understanding the Sales Environment

• Understanding Sales Techniques and Processes

• Understanding Legal, Regulatory and Ethical Requirements in Sales or Marketing

• Principles of Personal Responsibilities and How to Develop and Evaluate Own
Performance at Work

Attendance

There is no college attendance required the apprenticeships are delivered solely
in the work place. Functional skills can be delivered either in the workplace or
in college at evening class

• Functional Skills Maths & English

• Apprenticeship framework Certificate

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales

• Technical Certificate in Principles of Sales
