Overview:
This workshop is for those wishing to control and reduce work-related pressure, improve their own productivity and morale and that of others.
Delegates will be given the opportunity to practise stress reduction techniques and participate in skills practice sessions. At the end of the training all delegates will draw up a personal action plan for implementation.
The aim is to increase awareness of stress and its impact on individuals' performance. It will help delegates identify ways to reduce work-related pressures and stress.
