Course programme
This course will allow you to explore various basic ingredients and develop the essential craft skills in simple yet effective cookery.
The course will encourage you to develop creative culinary ideas and show you the art of presenting good wholesome food from a range of commodities that won't break the bank and with little thought it will form part of your weekly shop. However, we will also provide you with a small compendium of recipes and help you develop some new skills and culinary techniques.

- Homemade almond tuiles filled with apricot warm mousse and pistachio ice cream
- Confit Duck leg, peas cooked French style, fried garlic and rosemary potatoes.
