PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
This course will enable delegates to gain a better understanding of their role as a Supervisor, and how they may relate these skills in day to day running of the workplace. The programme combines interactive and practical sessions which will enable the delegates to demonstrate the use of these skills and formulate action plans to take back in to the workplace.
This course is designed for newly appointed or soon to be appointed Supervisors who are looking for an introduction into the key principles of modern supervision practice.
