Her training specialities include finance, negotiation, strategy, change management and management & leadership. She is a chartered management accountant, and has extensive commercial and strategic experience.

Lisa specialises in coaching and has been accredited as a coach by Ashridge Business School. She successfully combines this with an extensive background in Corporate Human Resources and Development to design and deliver transformational training tailored to the specific needs of each client. The companies she works with are wide ranging in size, market (global and domestic) and industry, which helps her to bring useful experience and perspective.

BA Hons Liz specialises in bespoke training in managerial and personal development, customer service and sales. During her career she has worked within the Financial and IT sectors as head of HR and training as well as consulting for other sectors including airlines, leisure, motor, manufacturing and telecoms.

ACIB Martin specialises in sales management and management training as well as presentation skills and negotiation. As a qualified banker he was previously responsible for selling financial services. Martin works closely with a number of multinational companies both in the UK and internationally.

Neil specialises in sales, key account management, managing channel partners, communication skills and all aspects of personal development. He has extensive experience of running business skills programmes around the world. Neil has also succeeded in a self build project during which he built his own house.

Nick focuses on key sales, sales management skills and process training together with motivational programmes. He strives to achieve true behavioural change through a change management approach as opposed to training for training’s sake. He has over 20 years experience in sales and is TACK's Managing Director.

DipPFS, FInstituteSMM Paul specialises in sales training and management development. He has over 13 years training experience and is the author of The Learners Pocketbook and The Personal Success Pocketbook.

BA (Econ), MA, MBA Philip specialises in strategic and global account management, training senior account and sales managers and is a licenced user of both the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the PinPoint facilitation technique. His extensive global experience includes many business sectors including telecoms, logistics, computer components, tanker shipping and aerospace.

FinstMM Ray specialises in sales and influencing skills and has extensive experience in FMCG, food industry and business to business sales. He has 15 years training experience and has delivered training programmes in 20 different European countries.

BCom Simon specialises in sales, key accounts, sales management, negotiation and relationship management training. His work and industry experience includes sales, key accounts and sales management in the motor industry and vehicle financial sector. Simon has extensive experience of training internationally and in developing key accounts.

BA ANLP Simon specialises in the full range of interpersonal and business skills required for selling and managing sales operations. He has served at board level in an executive and non executive capacity for a technology company and has a background in the creative and media industries.

BSc, MSc, PGCE Steve specialises in marketing, project management and supervisory management. He is currently operations manager for the Retail Enterprise Network (a large pan-European project) and has extensive experience of managing marketing research projects.

MBA Steve specialises in sales management and key account/solution selling; he has a mechanical engineering background and, following a successful selling career, held sales directorships in two major distribution organisations before moving into training. Steve has trained around the world and has extensive experience of general management and account development.

With extensive experience in telemarketing, telesales, training and team management Sylvia has all the necessary expertise needed to develop and deliver TACK's portfolio of telephone, presentation and communication courses and is regularly asked to make presentations to conferences and seminars. Sylvia is also a Licensed Practitioner in NLP.
