The aim of this course is to help participants re-address some of the basic principles of time management as well as develop and commit to new ideas and techniques that can be used immediately.
The course will end by asking attendees to commit to an action plan that will consider all that has been discussed and will encourage them to use agreed techniques and skills in order to act in a more co-ordinated time efficient manner.
