The two days with Eskil have already proved to be extremely useful to me. The assessment and feedback has given me a clear path for me to build my own emotional intelligence and also helps me to understand how to connect better with colleagues (and customers). When I think of all the times when we have had conflict in the office over what seems to be little things and how I am personally contributing to the conflict was painful but a great lesson.

Everything about it was so professional: the content was all their own, the workbooks are brilliant for referencing information, and the individual assessment and feedback made it feel like the whole thing was focused on me and my objectives. Add to that, the two facilitators were fun to work with and really knew their stuff.

The two days with Eskil have already proved to be extremely useful to me.
