About the course:
The First Award in Travel & Tourism (Travel Agency), formerly ABTAC, has effectively become the standard examination based qualification for Travel Agents. Large organisations and many independent companies accept it as demonstration of the competence levels they expect from their frontline staff. The Air Fares and Ticketing course can be studied alongside this course, or students may progress to Air Fares and Ticketing when this course has been completed.

• Administration, Finance and Security

Equipment Requirements:
You will be required to supply adequate paper, pens, and a ruler to enable participation in all theory classes.

Assessment:
This course is assessed through course work and online tests which are open book.

Progression:
Students may progress onto the Airfares and Ticketing when this course is successfully completed.

Additional Information:
Attendance is part-time, one day per week. If you are on a qualifying means tested benefit, the tuition fees for some courses may be reduced. However, you will still need to pay Exam and College costs. You must claim tuition fee remission by providing evidence before enrolment.
