It is known that yoga has proved helpful in relaxing body and mind, stretching and toning the body, improving muscle and joint mobility, improving flexibility, improving breathing, circulation, spine and easing back pain, soothing the nervous system, stimulating the endocrine system, aiding digestion and building stamina.

You will need to bring your own exercise mat and blanket.
