Course content:
With ancient techniques of Ayurvedic Yoga, ease out the tension of your facial muscles.
Using pressure points we will be stimulating and relaxing, toning and freeing muscles of the face and neck.
Please bring a hand mirror and facial cream. There will be a small charge for materials of 4 on the day.
Please bring blanket, mat, cushion, notebook and pen.
Tutors are not able to make judgements about medical conditions so you must check with your doctor if you have any concerns about your health or ability to participate in a class.
