The perfect body is an exception not the rule. Performing the same actions day after day leads to underuse of our maximum potential range of movement and then our posture deteriorates and stiffness becomes habitual. When we are healthy, young and carefree we often remain unaware of our poor posture and we feel okay as stronger muscles take over the work of weaker ones. Our body adapts and compensates. However when we get older or are tired, ill or upset, we become conscious of the strain and experience pain. On this course you will learn exercises to relieve back pain ad increase your mobility which will help to improve your posture. In each class you will also relax your body and your mind.
