Without the appropriate communication achieving a goal is highly challenging. Humans rely on communication at all stages of our lives. We are social creatures regardless of being introverted or extraverted - human interaction is a necessity we require to grow. We are constantly bombarded with various forms of media through countless platforms yet we struggle with communicating with one another. We should be experts in this field of communication yet we feel distanced from one another.

Perhaps you believe that you're too weird and you're scared of your own ideas because they will bring awkward judgement. Maybe you believe that you're opinion matters to absolutely no one and because of that you don't share. If not this, then it may be the opposite. Is your voice falling on deaf ears? Is your approach confident, prepared, and eloquent but nothing comes from it? It feels as if your idea was briefly acknowledged and then slipped into the filing cabinet to be reviewed 'at a later date' which never seems to come?
