Candidates will be required to complete two core units:
-Communicate using customer service language
-Follow the rules to deliver customer service
Then choose from a wide variety of optional units to gain 20 further credits, some of which include:
-Build a customer service knowledge set
-Adapt your behaviour to give a good customer service impression
-Deliver customer service on your customer's premises
-Recognise diversity when delivering customer service
-Apply risk assessment to customer service
-Process customer service complaints.
-Develop your own and others' customer service skills
-Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback
This is a work based qualification, and requires no college attendance. Candidates will be visited in their workplace by an Assessor, who will assess them using observation, discussion, portfolio work, and witness statements.Once you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.
